How to Find Businesses
QR Codes at Business Locations
The most common way to join programs:
- Look for QR codes displayed at businesses
- Usually placed at counters, entrances, or tables
- Often labeled "Scan to join our loyalty program"
- Some businesses include them on receipts or business cards

What QR Codes Look Like
Business QR codes are typically:
- Square black and white pattern
- 2-4 inches in size for easy scanning
- Clearly labeled with instructions
- Branded with business colors or logos
Joining Your First Program
Step 1: Scan the Business QR Code
- Open your phone's camera (works with any smartphone)
- Point at the QR code - your camera will recognize it automatically
- Tap the notification that appears on your screen
- Follow the link to Clientify.app
No App Download Required! Everything works through your web browser.
Step 2: Create Account or Sign In
If you don't have a Clientify.app account:
- Enter your email address
- Create a secure password
- Verify your email (check your inbox)
- Choose "Customer" role
If you already have an account:
- Simply sign in with your credentials
- Continue to the next step

Step 3: Automatic Program Enrollment
Once signed in:
- Loyalty card is created automatically for this business
- You're enrolled in their current program
- Card appears in your dashboard immediately
- Ready to start earning visits!
Understanding Your Digital Loyalty Card
Card Information
Each digital loyalty card shows:
- Business name and logo
- Current progress (e.g., "3 of 8 visits")
- Reward description (what you'll earn)
- Visual progress bar
- Join date

Reward Ready (completed):

Earning Your First Visit
The Visit Process
- Visit the business location
- Open your Customer QR code on your phone (from your loyalty card)
- Show it to the business staff
- They scan your Customer QR code with their scanner
- Visit is automatically recorded
- Progress updates immediately on your device

One Visit Per Day:
- You can only record 1 visit per business per day
- Prevents abuse and keeps things fair
- Visit counter resets at midnight
