Step 1: Create Your Free Account
The Easy Way (2 minutes)
- Visit a business that uses Clientify.app
- Scan their QR code with your phone's camera
- Follow the link to create your account
- Verify your email (check your inbox)
- You're done! Your first loyalty card is created automatically

If you want to create an account first:
- Go to clientify.app/signup
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email address
- Choose "Customer" when asked about your role
- Ready to start joining programs!
Step 2: Understanding Your Dashboard
What You'll See
After creating your account, your dashboard shows:

- Shows your progress (like "3 of 8 visits")
- Displays what reward you'll earn
- Quick access to scan for visits

- Cards that are finished and ready to claim

Step 3: Join Your First Loyalty Program
Finding Businesses
Look for QR codes at:
- Coffee shops and restaurants (usually on counters)
- Retail stores (near registers or entrances)
- Service businesses (waiting areas, front desks)
- Online (business websites, social media, emails)

- Point your phone's camera at the business QR code
- Tap the notification that appears on your screen
- Get automatically enrolled in their loyalty program
- See your new digital card in your dashboard

What Your Digital Card Shows
Each loyalty card displays:
- Business name and logo
- Your progress (visits earned vs visits needed)
- The reward you'll get when complete

Step 4: Earning Your First Visit
How Visits Work
- Visit the business in person
- Show them your Customer QR code (generated from your loyalty card)
- They scan your code with their device
- Your visit is recorded automatically
- Progress updates instantly on your card

Generating Your Customer QR Code
- Open your loyalty card for that business
- Tap "Show QR Code" or "Record Visit"
- A QR code appears on your screen
- Show it to the staff - they scan it
- Watch your progress update!
Important Rules
- One visit per business per day: Fair for everyone
- QR code expires in 30 seconds: For security
- Different businesses, same day: Allowed!
- Must be physically at the business: No remote scanning
Step 5: Claiming Your First Reward
When You're Ready
Your loyalty card will show "Reward Ready" when you've completed all required visits. Time to celebrate! 🎉
The Claiming Process
- Go to the business to claim your reward
- Open your completed loyalty card
- Tap "Claim Reward" button
- Show the special Reward QR code to staff
- They scan it and give you your reward
- New card starts automatically for your next round!
