Two Distinct Experiences

Customer Role 🛍️:

Business Role 🏪:

  • Create loyalty programs for your business
  • Manage customer visits and reward claims

Setting Up Multiple Roles

Starting as a Customer

If you created your account by scanning a business QR code, you started as a customer:

To Add Business Role:

  1. Go to Account Settings (top right menu)
  2. Click "Switch to Business Role"
  3. Choose your subscription plan (Starter, Business, or Enterprise)
  4. Complete business profile setup
  5. Create your first loyalty program

If you signed up directly to create loyalty programs, you started as a business:
